ランニング中の栄養補給はおにぎりなどの固形物の方が好きなのですが、どうしても重くなって量も嵩張るのが難点でしたが、ANDO_は手軽にエネルギーを摂取できます。
また天然素材の材料なので、続けて食べても人工素材の入っているジェルのように気持ち悪くなりません。
餡でありながら、甘すぎずさらりとしているのでとても飲みやすく重宝しています。
